We have streamlined our process to ensure that we can accomodate and book your visits in quickly. 

We offer an efficient 4 step process as detailed below.

1. You make contact with us. 
Submit a contact form on our website or by giving us a call on 0439 310 400

We’ll discuss the our basic service requirements and confirm if we have availability on your required date.

2. Intake Forms and Necessary Paperwork
We get some more information on you and your current situation, you submit all relevant documentation including any court orders you may have via email.
We will also discuss;

Best type of visit for the child/young person

Child or young/persons preferences

Family's commitment capabilities

Previous history and your current circumstances

Preferred days, times and venues for visits.

3.Your Visit Takes Place
During your supervised visit at the agreed time, place and date we organise staggered meeting points to ensure that there is no face to face contact between the Lives with parent and the Spend Times with parent.
Our supervisor staff will remain unobtrusive during the visit unless it is necessary to intervene to maintain safety. 
We also ensure that departure times are staggered to prevent any potential confrontation between parents.

4. Report Writing
After the supervised visit is complete we organise and write a report detailing the session.
The report aims to inform parents, legal representatives and the courts about the visit. 
The reports include observations of interactions, activities and any possible incidents that may have occurred during the visit. The report is then shared with all relevant parties to ensure transparency and awareness.

We also welcome your feedback on your session so that we can make any potential adjustments to your next sessions moving forward.
