Within 48-72 hrs after the visit. The reports are a timeline detailed version of the supervised visit.
Are your supervisors qualified?
All supervisors are qualified and have different qualifications within the sector.
What are the minimum hours of service you provide?
3 hrs minimum and there may be a travel fee if required.

Contact Fee:
Weekdays- $90 per hr
Saturday- $100 per hr
Sunday- $120 per hr
Public Holidays- $140 per hr
Changeover Fee:
Weekday $50per hr
Saturday $70 per hr
Sunday $80 per hr
Public Holiday $100 per hr
Supervised Phone Calls:
$50 per 30 minutes
$35 for a phone report

Does my ex have to remain present during my supervised visit?
No, it is recommended that your ex is not present during supervised visitation.
Am I able to have extra visits during the week if I want?
If the person with whom the child resides with states more visits can occur and if there is an available supervisor then, yes.
Can I have visits on the weekend?
Yes any day which is approved by the person with whom the child resides with or court ordered.
How soon can the visits start?
Within 48 hrs after inquiry as long as both parties have completed your intake process and completed the necessary documentation
Do we keep the same supervisor?
Yes unless the supervisor cannot make it there will always be another consistent supervisor to assist
Can I include grandparents or other family members in my visit with my child?
Yes as long as the person with whom the child lives with approves
Do I need a court order?
No, supervised visits can commence without a court order as long as both parties agree
