Family Healing is a family business dedicated to the healing process of all parties especially the children. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond, being as accommodating as possible to the needs of our families.

Over night stays, zoo and sporting visits, whatever your situation requires we are here to help, and help the healing process.

Meet the Team

Roxanne Reicher

Director/Business Owner

Roxanne has worked alongside families & children for over 15 years as a Contact Supervisor, Centre Director in Early Childhood across NSW, QLD & VIC and a Camp Counsellor for NSW Recreation.

Maral Boyraz

Senior Contact Supervisor/Manager

Maral has worked within the Early Childhood Sector for over 14 years and has her Diploma in Children's Services, First Aid & Child Protection Certificates. Maral has been working as a Contact Supervisor for several years and previously was an Assistant Director of a Sydney based Pre-school.

Senior Supervisor Manger in Melbourne

Vivienne has many years of experience with aged care, disability, psycho-social and paediatric clients, having worked previously in hospitals, community health, with specialist disability agencies, in schools and in private practise, in clinical, management and education roles. Vivienne shares an Office with a Clinical Psychologist, allowing for some wonderful collaborative outcomes for her clients. Vivienne aims to provide you with all the support you require, working alongside you & your family

Vivenne also runs her own Occupational Therapy Clinic.
